These Terms of Service govern your use of dambrea.com and any purchase you make from Dambrea LLC ("Dambrea", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement and that the payment details you provide are your own and valid.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We work to describe our products accurately. Colors can vary between screens and monitors, so a shade may differ slightly from what you see. All items are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographic or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance — the contract forms when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock is unavailable.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics and our logo — is owned by or licensed to Dambrea LLC and protected by applicable law. Product names, images and trademarks of the brands we stock remain the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with our reseller arrangements.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, scrape or copy content for a competing service, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dambrea LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dambrea LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.
